Scope, ownership and support
Research recruitment, large participant studies, brand strategy and development are separately scoped. A prototype is not a production application.
After full payment, you receive the custom code and designs created for your project. Pre-existing tools and third-party libraries retain their respective licences. The proposal defines the included support period, coverage hours and response targets. Extended or 24/7 support is agreed separately.
After discovery and receipt of the required details, we aim to send a scoped proposal within 2–3 business days.

Can we start with design only?
Yes. A design engagement can produce the flows, prototype and implementation handover needed to scope a later build.
How do you handle revisions?
Agree the number of review rounds, decision makers and acceptance criteria in the proposal. New workflows or changed requirements are handled as scope changes.
